HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
For us to be able to offer a refund or exchange, all products must have all swing tags attached and can not have been worn or washed or altered at all. No used items! The cost of shipping is deducted from your order amount which pays for the return label.
Items with missing swing tags will be considered to have been worn and will no longer be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
All items must be received in the time frame stated below
If a mistake has been made regarding sizing, color or style, we require a returns form to be filled in, you will find a returns form inside the box with your order.
Once we receive the returns form and the faulty item, then we will send out the correct item.
Please send all returns by registered mail in their original condition to the address you will find on the return/exchange form, within 21 working days from receipt of order. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
If you need to make an exchange for any reason such as incorrect size fitting, the item must be in their original un worn condition with swing tags and sent to the address provided in the return/exchange form, within 30 days from receipt.
Please contact email@example.com prior to mailing the package to ensure the correct item will be available.
Please be sure to clearly mark in the form that an exchange is needed. We will be responsible for any additional costs or finances for any returns or shipping charges.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
The refund will be processed once we have received the item and the completed returns/exchange form.
We are happy to refund any purchases, provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition, un worn and with swing tags, will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. All returns past the 14-day period will be given store credit. Be sure to make a note of your tracking number.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT CORRECT?
Every now and again, mistakes happen, but we will endeavor to do our best to fix it. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing.
All exchanges are dependent on available stock. Please make sure to e mail as soon as possible to hold the correct product.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR A REFUND / EXCHANGE, PRODUCTS MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND CANNOT BE WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY – MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THE APPROPRIATE TIME PERIOD.

- "why was i refunded for an item on my order?"
ordinarily the item was unavailable or out of stock, due to multiple orders placed at the same time.
- "when will my order ship?"
Orders will ship, once you receive the confirmation e mail that your order is complete.
- "I didn't receive my tracking information"
Please do check your spam folder, as from time to time our e mails we send out get caught up in there.
- "I haven't received my refund"
Refunds are generated as soon as possible, and will take two – three business days for your credit card or bank to process.
Any changes, adjustments or refunds made against your order, you will receive an automatic e mail explaining this.

UPS & USPS
We offer UPS and United States Postal Service as methods of shipment.
Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped in 48 hours (Mon-Fri).
We are not in the office during the weekends. We also do not ship on bank holidays. Expect your order to be shipped the following business day after any holiday.
Once your order has left our facility, the third party carrier becomes responsible for the package. If in the unlikely case that your package is lost or stolen after the carrier has marked your package as “delivered,” we will be happy to assist you with contacting the carrier, however we will not be responsible for replacing, refunding, or crediting the item or shipping costs back to you.
No signature will be required for any UPS shipments.
UPS will take 3 -4 business days to deliver, starting from when you receive your confirmation e mail.
The area you live in will determine the cost of shipping, dependant on whether it is a residential or business area.
World Wide Shipping
Standard delivery is 3-7 working days, depending on the service you choose. The shipping cost will depend on size and weight of your package. With USPS, once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. A signature is required upon delivery. If the carrier is unable to reach you, a door tag number will be issued. Check with your local postal service location to ensure you can get your package.
To ensure your package is delivered with out issues, always add your phone number and email address upon placing an order. We use USPS or UPS, and they may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Also, please be advised that we are not responsible for any duty or customs fees you may incur. If you decide to not pay the fee, the package will be sent back to us and only the product will be refunded. Before making a purchase, take this information into consideration.
Please note, your parcel can be delayed by customs, we have no control over this and can not supply any details why or how long your parcel could be delayed.
WHY DO YOU NOT SHIP TO PO BOX?
UPS or UPS ground can not deliver to a PO Box address.
Please use the USPS shipping option if you have a PO box address.
